You will have a nice hall leading to the kitchen on the left side and the living room on the right side. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and a nice dining table. The living room comes with a comfy sofa and a tv and a dining table for 8 persons. The first bathroom is also located on the ground floor and offers a bath tub, toilet, sink and washing machine.
Upstairs on the first floor you have 2 bedrooms (1 with balcony and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor you have 2 more bedrooms both with double bed (1 with balcony)
We have parking for 3 cars, a nice garden with bbq and garden shed to store your bikes in summer or your skies in winter.

You will find some restaurants within walking distance such as a very good chinese one and an italien one. The nearby shopping mall is 450m away and offers a great variety of clothes stores as well as a big supermarket.
