Positive: fully equiped kitchen, spacious living & dining room, large bedrooms, TV in every room, superclean bathrooms, owner went extra mile to get another fan when we needed an extra one
Negative: insects flew in easily when windows were open - installing nets would help washing machine & sauna needed 2 euro coins to operate - although owner provided then in a container, why not un-install this coin-operated activation?
Summary: could not have found a better place to stay at Zell Am See
