Come and enjoy the Big Island from our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit. It is a very well maintained, 5th floor, spacious corner unit with a huge lanai. Our one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 829 sq. ft. with an additional 269 sq. ft. of living on the wrap around lanai where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and ocean views. We are continuously updating and adding new touches to our condo; one improvement being full remodels of the kitchen and bathrooms. Recently, we also added some new furniture, artwork, and lanai ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, an air conditioner, and an elevator close by.
The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well maintained grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, cabana, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have an assigned covered parking spot for your small-midsize car, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona. Summary: I can't say enough good things about our stay at Gina & Jake's. Very clean and comfortable, great location, and you have just about everything at your fingertips that you could possibly want. And Gina was quick to respond to any questions I had. I only cooked breakfast but the kitchen seems very well equipped. Nothing negative to say at all, even the pool was great. We knew in advance about the parking and we got a Nissan Sentra and would have not wanted anything bigger so that is our only word of caution. I'm not sure when we'll be back to Kona, but when we do, we would definitely want to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
