The large windows endow the house with a great brightness and the excellent views of the bay will invite you to relax in the yard, where you will have the pleasure of watching unforgettable sunsets. Moreover, the house consists of two spacious living-rooms that are perfect for gathering with family and friends. Regarding personal space, every bedroom has a double bed and great storage capacity; what is more, the fact that all bedrooms are attached to a bathroom gives a sense of privacy.

Cala Blava is a quiet residential area located in Llucmajor and it is only 20 minutes away from Palma. It is striking for its cliff: at the top one can catch a glimpse of the sea views whereas in the base one would get the chance of sunbathing and swimming in the bay. The cove is very easy to find and one could get there simply by walking. Indeed, it is far from crowded since it is usually visited by people who live in the neighbourhood.
