- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This fantastic Villa is ideal for families & kids. Set in Bahia Grande village, a quiet residential area with spectacular views of Palma Bay, its own secluded cove and close to the best beaches in Mallorca.
Charmingly decorated and very spacious you will find a large main entrance to the house which leads into a lounge / chill out area with Satellite TV & Free wifi from here you can access the enormous terrace which surrounds the entire house. On the otherside of the main entrance a large dining room area for more than 6 people.
The Villa offers 3 double bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning) equipped with baby cots if needed and 2 family sized bathrooms.
Also you will find a large fully equipped family kitchen and adjacent laundry area.
The Villa on one floor, also has a garage where you will find bikes and a number of activities & toys to keep the kids entertained.
Outside gets even better a large terrace surrounding most of the Villa prepared for al fresco dining and areas to relax, a built in BBQ, a huge pool, gardens and a small play park.
Within 5 minutes walk you will be in the heart of the village where you can find supermarkets, bars & restaurants.
Close to the airport and many of the best coves and beaches in Mallorca ( Cala Pi, S Arenal) Bus transport is available though we recommend car hire in order to enjoy the island fully.
