Positive: Exceptional house, very large, 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, modern, comfortable and well equipped with amazing views towards Trearddur Bay. Within easy walking distance of the promenade and beach. Very peaceful location, choice of two balconies to sit on and watch the cows and calves in the field to the side of the property. Plenty of space on drive for 3 or 4 cars. As a family of 7 it accommodated us very easily, with plenty of space. Two fridges and a freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. 5 minutes drive to Holyhead with a small retail park, lots of supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. Great location for exploring Holy Island which has some amazing beaches and coastal walks.
Negative: Lawn had been cut but all the grass clippings had been left which were carried into the house by our grandchildren, made a bit of a mess that we had to keep cleaning up. Would be better if clippings had been put into the garden waste bin.
Summary: Amazing, spacious house, fantastic views and well equipped for a large group of people.
