After a day of fishing or kayaking simply relax in a rocking chair on the 600 sqft screen porch or watch the sunset at the marina.
Chokoloskee Island is 3 miles south of Everglades City in the Heart of the Everglades National Park. The area is know for great fishing, kayaking, and airboat tours. Many local restaurants offer bring your own catch and the chef will cook it for you! Everglades City has a number of additional restaurants including a pizza shop, gas stations, and bait shops. There is a small grocery store in Everglades City for the essentials, however you may want to bring provisions with you. Summary: The reel ‘em inn is a fabulous place to vacation. Not only is it very clean and inviting it is also very convenient for everything. Maureen and Cap’n Brock are absolutely fantastic hosts. They are both very caring and personable and made sure all our needs were more than accommodated. We had such a great time. I highly recommend staying at the reel ‘em inn!
