Cinema/ KFC/ McDonalds/ Starbucks/ Superstores/ The Gym/ Town centre only 0.5 miles/ M65 Motorway/ Burnley Barracks Rail Station/ Turf Moor 4 minutes drive. There is also a Banny’s Fish and Chip shop which is a drive through less than 2 minutes’ drive. A Choco Stop chocolate cafe is next to the railway station. Very close to UCLan Burnley College New and Old Campus.

Free on street Parking just outside and opposite. Town Centre is just 0.5 miles, 10 minutes walk. Victrola Mill UCLan College is also round the corner on Trafalgar St. There is a big Thomsons stylish park with Rose garden & flower beds, a boating Lake & a big children playground with parking is just few minutes drive. For thouse who do daily workout, there is a big Gym in couple of minutes walk.
The nearest grocery store is also on Trafalgar St which is 4 minutes walk from the House.
If you are looking for a good restaurant, one of my favorites is Banny's Drive Through & Restaurant, located at Trafalgar St, BB11 1TQ. But there are plenty Eat-in, takeaways and restaurants on Trafalgar St. Subway, Greggs, Mcdonald's, KFC, NKD Pizza, Zilmil and many others close by and are open 7 days a week.
Burnley Barracks Train Station for the trains to Preston and Manchester station is just 3 minutes walk, and the Bus stop is just round the corner as well. M65 motorway is only 2 minutes drive, which links to M61 and M6 motorways.
