A very large patio and huge wrap around dock make for more enjoyable outdoor living. 5mph speed in the canals make for safe swimming at the house and safe mooring for vessels. The 120' dock is private and belongs to the house. There is 60' on one side and 40' on the other of usable space for mooring.

Summary: Perhaps when it was built it was fabulous. Very run down. Doors wouldn't close among other things. Climate controls wouldn't work. Had to wear coat inside most of the time. When it warmed up outside - patio was great!
