Enjoy million dollar views in this 3-story resort-like Lake Michigan home. This modern and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is the perfect setting for your family's beach getaway. Located on top of a sand dune, with 3 decks and lake views from every room, this house is perfect for soaking in lake breezes and breathtaking sunsets. A private association beach is located approximately 50 steps from the property. Meinert Park, with its spectacular dunes for climbing and public beach, is a 10 min walk at the end of the road.
Amenities include wi-fi (new hi-speed Truestream fiber internet) central air, water softener system, dishwasher, indoor gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor firetable, outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, outdoor eating area, many books and board games, DVD player with movies for kids and adults, and washer/dryer. Summary: We had a Friendsgving for 9 people. The house was a perfect fit and well stocked with utensils, place settings and pots/pans to accommodate the meal. The host was very responsive and had detailed instructions for checkin and check out. We will absolutely stay here again.
