Positive: The house was beautiful and the photos on the website did not do it justice. It was lovely and cosy, and was very well equipt. The hot tub was lovely and had the most amazing view
Negative: The hot tub was not switched on and therefore we were not able to use it on the first night/following morning as it was not hot enough there were no instructions to indicate that this was the case or how to switch it on. The cottage was a little difficult to find; the postcode did not take you to the address, and even Googling the house did not take you exactly to the entrance; a sign from the road would be helpful
Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at Patches and would definitely return
