Just a few steps further outside and you’re now lounging poolside with your favorite beverage in hand. Day or night the pool, spa, barbeque, and fire pit feature will create wonderful memories while you’re entertaining with your family and friends.
The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax in the living room or marvel at your skills as you’re preparing alongside the expansive counterspace.
The living room offers comfortable and stylish seating for relaxing, entertaining, or catching the big game on the 55” smart TV. This home offers high-speed wireless internet and available apps for all of your personally subscribed to channels.
The master suite is your own grand retreat. Both light and bright yet comfortable and relaxing the suite features a King bed, and direct access out to the pool, spa and rest of the backyard with its own patio and conversation area. The master bath is its own private sanctuary featuring double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower.
All three of the guest bedrooms offer Queen size bed, are stylishly appointed, and share the hallway bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
