Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was very comfortable and well appointed. We liked how it was decorated and how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed asking the staff questions via the app and getting quick responses.
Negative: We were disappointed that the garbage from the prior renters was never removed despite numerous requests. The garbage was pretty smelly and we had to see it and smell it when we went to the garage. A minor complaint. Also is that there is not a lot of soundproofing between the floors.
