Although the interior alone puts this waterside oasis in a league of its own, the variety of outdoor/lake-facing seating options and views are what sets it apart. Guests can wake up to coffee with a jaw-dropping view on the fully furnished screened-in porch located right off the main living area, or choose to wander out onto the spacious, attached deck. Closer to the water, you will find three patio areas, one with a built-in fire pit for after the sun sets. A second, raised deck sits right on the shoreline and offers lake views that one could only dream of. Enjoy access to two piers for swimming, lounging, or tying up a boat. There is also a water raft for the kids!
The home itself has been laid out with family getaways in mind. A great room with large farm-style dining table and a sectional seating area is overlooked by a magnificent kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cook-in needs. Three bedrooms, one of which offers lake views and has an en-suite bath, can also be found on the main floor, along with a second full bath and laundry area for your convenience.
Upstairs, you will find your master suite with gorgeous panoramic lake views made possible by side-by-side French doors- the perfect place to begin and end your vacation days. The final two bedrooms each consist of two sets of four built-in bunks, ensuring that every member of the family will have a place rest their head after a long day on the water or around town. In the Winter and Spring, enjoy: skiing (Alpine Valley and Grand Geneva are 15 minutes away and Wilmot 45 minutes away), ice fishing (best spot on the Lakes for ice fishing is right in front of The Mill!), hunting, cross country skiing (Kettle Moraine state forest has designated trails), snowmobiling, and then after coming back to The Mill and cozying up by the fire in the family room.
