This Staten Island house is made of brick and has 10 rooms: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, garden, fryont terrace and back deck. Every room, terrace and the back deck have New York Harbor view. The neighborhood has the lowest crime rate in NYC.
This enchanting house features 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and full of sunlight. It comes with two stoves, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and other equipment. There are several sets of dishes, glassware and silverware, tablecloths and tea towels. We also provide bedding and bath towels.
The house features modern European windows imported to NYC on special order. European air conditioning, also known as a “split system” is installed throughout the house.
The villa is within walking distance to golf course, grocery stores and wine shops, cafes and bars, pizza places and restaurants, including famous Enoteca Maria/Nonnas of the World.
