Our home is minutes from 85, Chateau Elan, Road Atlanta Racetrack, Fort Yargo State Park and downtown Hoschton & Braselton. We are just a quick drive to Athens, Lake Lanier and the Mall of Georgia. Our basement guest-suite features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fully furnished living and dining area with space for an air mattress and a gym. Free wifi, a large flat screen tv with Roku, a ping pong table and more games await your arrival.
You will have full access to the basement apartment suite. You have a private entrance around the backside of our home with a keypad lock to come and go as you please.
You will have one parking spot in the driveway, in the middle spot behind a silver Honda.
This is a basement apartment in a single family home. The space is clean, cozy, comfortable, a home away from home, a breath of fresh air! It is also fairly child friendly. It has everything you need. If not, we live upstairs and can assist when something arises that you need help with.
We will be available by phone, text, Vrbo message, or e-mail. We will most likely be home during most of your stay, but we will give you full privacy for you to enjoy your stay with your friends and family!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! It was very comfortable and convenient for the wedding we were attending at Koury Farms. Our host answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. We enjoyed the hammock and playing ping pong. Lots of laughs and mostly ball chasing! The shower is very nice and with us both being tall we liked that the shower head was high. There was cold filtered water available in the fridge and coffee and tea provided. We used the washer and dryer which was convenient so we were able to pack less clothing. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
