Positive: The owners were so thoughtful and communicative. They sent a text message the day of arrival and left a welcoming note and snacks to greet us. The unit was perfectly located and we could walk to everything in downtown Ashland. The unit itself was beautiful! The decor and lighting was gorgeous and the double showerhead was heavenly. It was a warm and cozy homebase for our Ashland adventures. Will definitely use Swank House for our next visit!
