The villa consists of three units arranged on different levels which are completely independent and autonomous. This unit, on the ground floor has two private gardens with flowers and olive and lemon trees. It consists of a large open kitchen with a delicious and intimate breakfast corner plus a nice dining table and three large sofas. Two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms allow guests to fully enjoy privacy and autonomy. A beautiful swimming pool is available to guests and a camares leaning against it ensures pleasant relaxation away from the heat. A large area equipped to enjoy the sun and the view and a large living room adjacent to the swimming pool, a bbq, a long table where you can spend hours of conviviality and a well-equipped bar make this outdoor corner the ideal refuge from the confusion of the crowd. The architecture is elegant and sober, fully functional. The interiors are elegant and simple and integrate the environmentally friendly and sophisticated exterior architecture.
