The Imp's Nook is a stone throw away from the historical Bailgate area of Lincoln, which is bustling with restaurants, bars, traditional pubs and independent shops and boutiques.
The cottage is approximately 200 years old and still retains some original features, as well as modern luxuries such as a log burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, WiFi and freeview TV.
It has a courtyard patio, perfect for a bbq on a summer evening and a bicycle shed if you wish to explore Lincolnshire by bike.
The newly renovated shower room boasts a full size walk in shower with rainfall shower. There are two double bedrooms, the front bedroom, with Cathedral views has two single beds, with the rear bedroom having a double bed. Both have adequate wardrobe and storage facilities.
The living/dining area boasts a cosy wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly winter nights. Within both areas there is seating for four people, plus an extending dining table and four dining chairs.
The well equipped fitted kitchen boasts a pot butlers sink, five ring gas hob, electric fan oven with extractor above the hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as an integrated fridge with separate mini freezer. It also has an automatic washing machine.
We have lovingly restored the cottage with period portraits, paintings, vintage photographs of Lincolnshire and woven samplers of a bygone period. We have combined modern, luxurious soft furnishings with vintage pieces, which have been restored with a modern twist.
If required we can supply a guest parking permit for one car for on road parking in a designated bay.
Please note, due to the age of the property, the staircase is narrow and steep and may be difficult to climb for people with restricted mobility.
