Entering The House on the Square there is a spacious entrance porch which leads through to the dining room. The curved wall draws you towards the wood burning stove and the dual aspect windows stream light over the large dining table. A useful cloaks area leads to a WC where the panelled walls and port hole mirror give a nautical feel. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and has plenty space for guests to cook together. A separate utility room provides more cloakroom space, houses some appliances and also gives access to the side entrance of the home- perfect for coming in after a cold-water swim or beach walk with the dog.
On the first floor is the lounge with its range of comfortable seating and smart TV and the superking bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both rooms on this level offer glimpses of the harbour and sea beyond. A further staircase leads to the upper level which has the double bedroom and the twin room.
