Summary: The garden room is super cool, felt really cosy and had a good atmosphere. The only thing for me was the dust and dirt. It hadn’t been throughly cleaned windows and dust bunnies, opened the cupboard for the kettle and everything was dusty. Sand and mud still on the floor. Great location for beach walks!
