At the heart of the beautiful home is the open plan living, dining room with focal wood heater and modern kitchen complete stainless-steel appliances, gas cook top and built-in oven. Step down into the sensational sunken built in lounge and picture windows taking in those magnificent lake views. Walk through to the large formal lounge with an additional wood fireplace.
There are three generously sized bedrooms, the well-appointed master bedroom with king size bed which has its own dressing room and ensuite. The windows open out on to the deck on to the private outdoor spa, the second bedroom has a built-in robe and a luxurious bathroom with calming views. A spiral staircase leads up to the third bedroom which has both a single and queen size bed and spectacular lake views. The alfresco area leads from the dining room through French doors, you have a glorious deck area from the formal lounge.
Access the living room through bi fold and French doors to entertain and enjoy capturing those sublime views across the land and beyond as far as the eye can see.
