All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior and interior of the house when terminating your stay and taken to the trash compactor. There is a trash pass that allows free disposal.
COMPACTOR HOURS AND LOCATION ARE CLEARLY POSTED IN THE HOME.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT.

Parking Details:
Parking space can accommodate 4 vehicles. DO NOT PARK ON THE FRONT LAWN.
Security Cameras:
DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY.
External security cameras focused on the front door, side door, side yard & driveway. We do not allow any tampering with the security devices. This includes the Wifi System, the wires powering the TVs, the Schlage encode door lock, any door locks. If the cameras are not working on our end during your stay, a management representative might be dispatched to the premises. Tampering with any of these will result in termination of your reservation.
Amenity badges/passes must be purchased. You can do so through the link available in the home, you will need a valid email address. You can also purchase badges from the community office.
