3 Bedroom House in Long Pond

This home is perfect for winter retreat and summer enjoyment!Beautiful lakefront house is waiting for you! Are you looking to get away from your busy, hectic life? This home is for you! It's an amazing place to take your family or group of friends to enjoy the outdoors. You’ll be only minutes from Kalahari Water Park/Camel Back/Mt.Airy Casino and much more! During winter you can enjoy snow tubing or skiing at Camel Back ski area. In the summer you can fish in the lake right from our newly built deck,kayaking, use our boat or just sit outside and enjoy the lake view.
Master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed together with private full Jacuzzi bathroom. On the same floor there is an additional bedroom with 1 queen bed and another single one. This bedroom has a full private bathroom as well. Third bedroom with 1 twin over full bunk bed and another single bed is located on the main floor. There is an open space with two bunk beds and a futon located on the main floor as well. The main floor has a full size bathroom. This home offers a full kitchen stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There are few supermarkets about 5-10 minutes away for grocery shopping. Restaurants are close by if you don't want to cook. Small appliances include: kettle, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, 4 piece toaster, spice rack.
We provide fresh linen, towels, comforters and pillows. Paper towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper as well. House features central air condition and central heating in every room. The living room has a gas fireplace. Free Wi-Fi, Sonos soundbar to play your own tunes, big TV on the wall in the living room and Cable TV. We do have TV in the master bedroom and in the open space all connected to Cable TV. Also we have a pool billiard table in the living room and pool billiard slide hockey, Foosball combo arcade game table in the open space on the first floor. There is a tennis table in the garage as well.
BBQ grill and a fire pit outside just sit, relax and enjoy the view.
You have access to the whole house except the closet in the master bedroom which is used as storage and the utility room in the garage. Our property offers private lake access. You can swim in the lake at your own risk. Also you can use our kayak and 2 paddle boats located next to our private deck. We provide life vests located in the first floor closet. Tennis/basketball courts, outdoor community pool in walking distance-less than half a mile. Also 2 public beaches with a playground within less than a mile. Our community has the above amenities (tennis courts, outdoor pool and public beach access) for the following fees:
Children 6 and under are free.
1 day pass - $10.00 per person
3 day pass - $15.00 per person
7 day pass –$30.00 per person
The fees must be paid directly to the community office and can be done the same day with the check in.

Summary: House has a home feel to it while still having plenty room for 10 people to stay. Only a minute walk out back to the pond. Nice fireplace to sit around at night too.
