The Elms is a detached architect-designed brick building which stands in its own grounds, within the Woodland View area of our site. The barn has been designed to provide optimum space, comfort and privacy for up to 8 guests. The barn is situated in a traditional Lincolnshire country lane bordered with wild flowers in the summer, yet only a 10-minute drive from the beautiful and historic city of Lincoln buzzing with an eclectic range of shopping areas, quirky cafes and vibrant nightlife. Whether you would like to stroll down the peaceful country lane to explore the nature reserve and woodland, visit the on-site lake or take a trip to the city or surrounding beauty spots, Ashlin Farm Barns is the perfect place for your staycation.
The exterior of the barn is traditional in design, complimenting the Lincolnshire landscape. The large contemporary and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming with an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has everything you need from the drinks cooler to the washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather your family and friends around the large dining table to enjoy some food before sinking into the 8 seater sofa and cosying up in front of the roaring log burner.
