This BEAUTIFUL 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom newly remodeled open concept home offers peace and privacy along with the convenience of being just one house from the water!The Ehmann House is one of our larger homes, and is perfect for those guests that enjoy the nicer things in life.This central air conditioned three-bedroom home has been completely renovated, with all new appliances, furniture and artwork throughout.
Larger groups are no problem in this open living area, with new hardwood floors, beautiful comfy couches, chic electric fireplace and 55” flat screen smart TV.If you need more space to spread out, wander through to the second sitting area furnished with plush chairs, where you can watch the boats on the water out of the large picture windows.A round glass top table with soft cushioned chairs is nearby for meals, hot cup of coffee or a game of cards.The Ehmann House’s open floorplan is spacious and roomy.
The Ehmann kitchen is brand new, top to bottom.Whipping up dinner for a crowd is easy in this open kitchen, as it is fully stocked right down to the spices.The kitchen has a large custom built-in bar with 8 bar stools.New stainless-steel appliances accompany the beautiful kitchen cabinets.White subway tiles, custom designed counter tops and breathtaking artwork make this kitchen one you’ll remember.
When you’re ready to snooze, this home has sleeping for eight between the three bedrooms, plus another few guests can sleep on one of the two pull out couches.
The Ehmann master bedroom is a large grey and teal colored spacious spa-like room furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser and beautiful relaxing chairs.This master bedroom has the convenience of en-suite bathroom with a double granite vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower.
