Newly remodeled, modern furnishing, single-story end unit in the desirable Mountain Shadows community, just 5 miles from downtown Palm Springs. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, each with a walk-in shower. The master has a king bed, wall-to-wall closets, ensuite bathroom, and its own slider to the back patio. The guest room has 2 XL twin beds that can be connected as 1 standard king. It has a large 5' window that lets in tons of natural light and overlooks the green space. The kitchen is well-equipped and features an island with seating for two, while the dining table can expand and comfortably seat six. The living room has 3 large windows that let in tons of light, a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed, and a tv that can pull down for viewing or push up & out of the way. The back patio has comfy furniture surrounding a fire pit, and the other patio off the dining room has an outdoor table with seating for four. Comes with two carport spots directly outside the back patio gate. Mountain Shadows has 6 community pools, 1 jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, lots of open green space, fruit & palm trees, views of the San Jacinto mountain range, and is surrounded by the Tahquitz Creeks public golf course. Wi-Fi included. The unit is available for both short term and monthly rentals of no more than 4 people, and a small pet is negotiable.
