Positive: No breakfast provided, but bakery and resteraunt below. Gret location to see All of Acadia
Negative: Suites 4&5 which accomadates 4 people does NOT have room for 4 people to sit together. When flushing toilet in 5 the water pipes "sing and can be heard in both rooms. Water tank on toilet in 4 was loose. To our surprise a new sofa was delivered into the suites while we were out. No check-in or check-out procedures.
Summary: Great location to explore Acadia; needs some maintenance and some extra seating to accomadate all 4.
