When you're out of the saddle, relax in our spacious living room - complete with a plush sectional, large windows, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a retro Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. Entertain your crew in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a bar top and the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find our dining table with plenty of seating for your crew to enjoy a family-style meal alongside a giant map of the Coler MTB trail.
Choose from one of our 3 cozy bedrooms:
(1) Large master bedroom with a plush King-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet.

All of our bedrooms are stocked with luxe bedding and linens for your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No riding shoes inside, please!
- Trash is located in the backyard, behind the shed. Trash day is Tuesday, so if you are staying on a Monday night, please put the bins by the curb.
- Extra pillows and linens are located in the closets of each bedroom.
- For the overall cleanliness of our spa, please shower off any excess dirt before use. To use the hot tub, follow these instructions:
(1) Start by removing the lid. To do this, release the 2 clips at the front of the spa and fold back the first half of the lid. Next, raise the lid back.
(2) Turn on the jets & lights using the LCD screen on the front of the spa. There are 2 jet options, we recommend turning on both.
(3) Adjust the temperature of the spa using the arrows on the LCD screen. We recommend 95-104 for a comfortable spa experience.
(4) When you're done, please turn off the jets and lights. Be sure to put the lid back on and secure the clips.
