Positive: Location is excellent with beach access right outside your door. The room is generally clean and comfortable, tv works well and linen is clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast available on site is great and coffee is good too.
Negative: The whole property could do with an update/renovation and it would be amazing. In its day it would have been very special. Bathroom is dated and would benefit from an upgrade.
