Its location is exceptional: at the foot of the fortified city of Larressingle classified 'Most Beautiful Villages of France', forming with its houses, its walls and its church a beautiful medieval architectural example, on route to St Jacques de Compostela.
Nearby, very pretty houses like Montreal du Gers and Fourcès, the archaeological site of Séviac the 'Treasury' Eauze, the town of Condom where you will find all the shops, restaurants and a cinema.
The markets offer delicious local produce, you are foie gras country, Floc and Armagnac!

Summary: We loved our stay at Larressingle. The house has a real lived-in feel and was more than big enough for 7 adults. We loved the garden and pool area. The village is tiny, with a couple of tourist shops in the Fortress. The pizzeria was great. Condom only 10 mins away by car so easy enough to get shopping. Such a beautiful part of France. Thank you for having us.
