Sound Front 3 bedroom/3bath with private hot tub over looking community pool with incredible extensive views of the Pamlico Sound(pool is open from mid April to October 1). Large living area with open floor plan. Hard wood floor, granite counter tops, wonderful wood accents, original art work, large balcony over looking the pool. Private gas grill and private hot tub on your private covered balcony. Washer and Dryer in condo. New owners have painted, hung new artwork, new bedding, new grill, all new silverware, dishes and glassware. Fireplace is decorative only, non-operational.
We are next door to Kitty Hawk Kites, bike, paddle board and kayak rentals, putt putt golf, arcade and several restaurants. 6’ 4” parking clearance under condo building as well as adjacent large open parking area with an Electric Vehicle charging station. Pets are not allowed. This new policy allows our allergic child to have a positive stay when visiting.
