There is no elevator but there is an electric lift which is a wonderful way to save you carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs. This unit is top floor and offers freedom from the sound of footsteps walking above you. You will have the best of both worlds either watching the sunrise from your in-unit ocean facing covered deck or the sunset over the sound from the common area balcony right outside your door. Whichever way you choose, it is spectacularly beautiful. The unit features a full kitchen including an electric range, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, and cutlery for 6. The kitchen is equipped for the cook in the family and the outdoor community grills are available for the barbecue master. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is located near the second common area full bathroom. There is a queen size sleep sofa and a loveseat in the living room. The dining area seats 6 around a large wooden table. There is also a breakfast bar for eating or snacking.
