Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location was superb! Our friend was travelling with his wife while he did some work for us on our house, and I booked the room for them. I thought the price was a bit high for just an ensuite room, but having the canal just outside made up for that. Would definitely book again. Located near the lovely village of Ivinghoe which has a lovely pub and great walks nearby.
Negative: There were a few flies and wasps which was annoying at night, but given the location and time of year, it was to be expected. Nothing you can do to change that really. There was fly spray in the room, which was a good touch.
Summary: Great place for a short visit.
