Positive: - The location is excellent. I could see the Mexican Gulf from the balcony and the house is located 3 minutes away from the beach on foot - The staff was incredibly nice. They reached out to me the night before the trip and even hopped a phone call to clarify the check-in instructions when I got confused. - It was super convenient to have an in-unit washer and dryer
Negative: - I'm not sure how Booking.com allowed this, but after I confirmed my reservation and provided my credit card information to the property, I was charged an additional amount beyond the agreed-upon price without even having the chance to cancel the reservation. - The bedroom air conditioner was extremely loud, making it impossible for me to sleep with a fan running at high speeds. - The apartment was not very well stocked. There were no hangers and I got 0.75oz bottle of shampoo and no body wash for a week-long stay.
