Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located in the prestigious gated community of Beach O Pines Grand Bend. A short walk to the private beach with great amenities including: a beach volleyball court, indoor entertainment space with ping pong table and outdoor fire-pit area. Enjoy the peaceful private back yard with a short drive to town.
This cottage is rented to families and mature couples (25+) only. No prom, graduation, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Non smoking. Friday to Friday weekly rentals only from June - August. We allow well behaved dogs crate trained dogs. One dog is permitted per reservation ($100 fee applies). Please ensure that you check off at the time of booking.

Summary: This is a very clean, large, modern home. We visited 2 years ago when it looked brand new. Now, it has started to show some wear which is inevitable. We had lovely weather and enjoyed our stay.
