The Blue Cat Lodge is located directly on Wattsbar Lake. Featuring a private dock, a wraparound deck, and an outstanding view, we know you will enjoy staying here as much as we have. The recently renovated home has two living rooms, one full kitchen upstairs and a half kitchen/bar downstairs, two queen beds, bunk beds, and a full bed. Grill out and enjoy dinner with a lake view or take a short ride to Euchee Grill & Brewhouse. The cornhole boards and firepit are yours to enjoy! As you enter through the front door you will enter into a hallway, to the left you will see one of our two bathrooms directly to your left and a bedroom with bunkbeds on your right. As you walk down the hall you will see access to downstairs on your left and another bedroom with a full bed to your right. Our kitchen, dining room, and living room is an open area with sliding glass doors leading to the wraparound deck. This dining table seats 6. Downstairs, the living room, dining room (also seats 6) and the half kitchen is also open concept. The door left of the sink downstairs leads to the laundry room. Also downstairs you will find our largest bedroom with a beautiful lake view, two queen beds, two closets, and a private bathroom. The Downstairs walks out to the lake where there is private dock access and a large shaded back yard equipped with a fire pit and corn hole. The house has a combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 upon check-in. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. This is a quiet lakefront community great for relaxing with friends and family, but we do not allow large parties out of respect for our neighbors. Please park in the driveway and there is additional parking left of the house. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. House rules No Parties No Smoking If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes (smell, ash, etc) inside the home, an automatic $300 damage charge will be incurred. No Events Pets Allowed, please confirm with the host if you are bringing a pet. There is a $50 pet fee per pet required. $500 refundable pet deposit required for stays longer than a week.
