This professionally decorated Tennessee Lakefront Cottage is so charming and will be one of your most vacation homes! The home offers a king bed in the huge master suite, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sofa sleeper in the main living room area to sleep up to 6 guests. It boasts a beautiful deck overlooking a level grassy lot which leads you to the boat dock. There is cell phone reception in this home but no WiFi. If the internet is important to you, please bring your own mobile hot spot.

6. Red Bone Restaurant - in Kingston on Rt. 70 - very good - seafood and steaks, sandwiches like reubens also, not too pricey-in fact, reasonable for what you get
7. Mama Mia's - good Italian restaurant in Kingston on Rt. 70
8. Gondolier's Restaurant - good Italian restaurant next to Kroger's, Exit 350 off I-40
9. Mei Wei Chinese Restaurant - next to Save on Groceries in Kingston - good Chinese, eat-in or carry-out

You will have a very private drive way hidden behind trees to park your car and toys.
All pets are charged a pet fee of $150. There is a maximum of two pets per home. A special request for payment will be sent to collect the fee.
This is a privately owned home that is much loved by its owners. Please enjoy your yourselves while treating the home with respect as if it were yours and respect the neighbors too. There is a ring camera facing the outside parking area and front door.

Trash is to be removed from the home and disposed of at the local convenience center The closest center is located just north at 350 River Rd, Ten Mile, TN 37880 The center is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
