Outdoor dining and sitting areas can be located on the 850 sq foot AZEK deck that overlooks the water and offers light breezes and beautiful views year round.
The fully fenced and beautifully landscaped yard is host to your own tropical oasis! With grass, tropical plants and foliage, citrus trees, fruit trees and much more.
The back yard offers a oversized 15 x 30 foot pool surrounded by custom tile and 6 sun loungers. The pool has optional heated in winter months from November 15-May 15.
A custom tiki hut is the perfect place to relax and entertain. With outdoor conversation seating, custom bar with sink, refrigeration, power and TV.
Situated on a corner lot and with canal access and small dock for shallow draft boats under 20’. Guest can bring their paddle boards or small boat and enjoy days on the water. Guests do not have access to lift and owner stores a small watercraft on it year round.
The home has parking for up to 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and 1 boat/boat trailer.
