Summary: Building was almost deserted, saw maybe a handful of people the whole time I was there. Was not comfortable with the owner, he sent me a picture of his electric meter and that he was counting killowatts five hours after I checked in. I am 65 years old, not a partying kid soooo. But overall, the place is spotless, security is very tight and I had no problems.
