Located about 500 ft from Atlantic Ave, you are close enough to an array of restaurants and bars, shopping and all that downtown has to offer but you are far enough away to enjoy our private and quaint old Florida style complex.
This apartment has an updated kitchen, with a microwave and a fridge, and one bathroom with a shower a queen size bed, a smart TV with basic cable and high speed internet. We also offer one free on site parking.
It comes with the two beach chairs. When available, a discounted pass from the Oceanside Beach Chair service across the street can be purchased.

Summary: The property is an older one bedroom ‘beach bungalow’. It was a bit small and the bedroom does not fit a dresser for clothes, but it worked out fine. The owners went out of their way to ensure small details were included which really goes a long way to feeling like home away from home! Incredible location makes up for any shortcomings!
