Summary: Our room had a recently refurbished bathroom, which was good (although the machine linked to the toilet did make an unexpected noise from time-to-time). However, the overall feeling was that the hotel was poorly organised. In particular, the breakfast arrangements were slow and insufficient thought had been put into thinking about what the clients might need (and not know where to find) etc.
