The Anchor Inn is a beautiful, lake-front house that offers stunning views of Lake Ontario, private beach access, and close proximity to popular western New York attractions. Whether you are outside on any of the three decks, waking up in the loft bedroom, enjoying breakfast in the dining room or enjoying the private beach, The Anchor Inn promises breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. This modern, fully-renovated house is perfect for families, couples, or anyone in search of a lake-side escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you are a beachcomber in search of sea glass, an early-bird who enjoys a striking sunrise with their cup of joe, a sommelier or just a wine enthusiast traveling the Niagara Wine Trail, or a family looking to enjoy the quaint, whimsical town of Olcott Beach, The Anchor Inn is an ideal vacation destination. The house has 3 bedrooms and two full baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining room with seating for six, and a comfortable living room overlooking the lake. On the first floor you will find one bedroom, one bath, and the main living area. The downstairs bedroom has one queen bed, an attached full bath and is also where you will find the full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is complete with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, gas range and oven, above-range microwave, small appliances, and a full selection of dishware, cookware, and utensils. The living and dining area is a beautiful, bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows along the north side of the house that allows for picture-perfect lake views. The dining room table has seating for six, there is also a china cabinet that houses a selection of custom barware and stemware for guests to use, and a fireplace with natural gas logs for chilly nights. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone with a love seat and a sofa with a chaise, there is also a flat-screen TV with cable service and WiFi. From the living room, guests can step out through the sliding glass door onto an upper deck and lower deck, both with built-in seating; the private beach is only a short descent down the stairs from the lower deck. On the second floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, the second full bath and the third deck. At the top of the steps, you will find the loft bedroom that boasts a beautiful king-sized four-poster bed that allows guests to wake up to see the lake through the two sliding glass doors that lead to the upper deck. The second bath also features a tub and shower combination with a commode and a sink. The third bedroom at the south end of the house has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural light and overlooks Carousel Park and the town of Olcott Beach; it has a queen sized bed and also features an antique desk where guests can find a selection of books about the surrounding area.
