Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Great location, AC, hot water, cleanliness, comfy beds, and equipped kitchen. SHARC passes included (like all Sunriver rentals).
Negative: Late check-in (4 pm when others offer 2 pm) coupled with 11 am checkout, outdated aesthetic (according to my architectural genes), a paperweight tv from the 80s, and a non-working TV in the second bed. Access to a couple of bikes would've been helpful (I noticed some other units offered them). Pricing - final rate ends up with an add of 30-35% to the daily rate between Sunriver fees and owner's cleaning charges etc., but that's Sunriver I guess. The kicker: there isn't a single tennis court in Tennis Village (in case you bring your rackets like we did) - they've converted them to pickleball courts. And you can't reserve or use them (even with payment) because Tennis Village reception says we aren't allowed to use them.
Summary: Decent stay for 4-5: location and cleanliness make up for lack of amenities
