Positive: Beautiful cabin. Great location.
Negative: Please dont hide all the additional rules for the stay. It seems like you are very eager to nickel and dime people for things that are included. So we pay for the cleaning fee yet still have to do other things in addition or be faced with fees. Please state this during the booking process. Throwing away all trash or pay a 25 dollar fee per trash can that has trash. Or washing drying and putting away dishes or being charged per load of dishes. Uploading our Identification and a separate photo of ourselves. If I would have known I would not have booked. In addition throwing towels in a tub or be charged. Leave beds messy or be charged how do u know we didn't use them. People who go on a little vacation dont want to have added stress we pay for all the extra fees. Including cleaning so why nickel and dime. And no access to the garage that is terrible what about families with little kids its safer that way. So that is not cool will never book again. Make it clear what is expected off the bat not with a ton of text and emails.
