1 Bedroom Apartment in Gleiszellen-Gleishorbach

A few years ago we wanted to return to the Palatinate and started looking for a suitable house for the whole family. After a long search we found what we were looking for in Gleis-zellen - an old winegrower's house with a wine cellar and an attached barn. We originally wanted to renovate and restore it.
But it soon became clear that this would not work. So, with a heavy heart, we decided to demolish the old house and rebuild it on the same floor plan: the half-timbered house with half-timbered and folding shutters and the barn with the original natural stones. But this time brighter and more spacious with high rooms and lots of windows.
And so our winegrower house combines the charm of the past with modern comfort. We look forward to sharing this home with you.
We have two apartments: one on the first and one on the second floor. You are also welcome to use our wine cellar on the ground floor with a large table. In addition, you can use our extensive library and game collection during your stay. If the weather doesn't play along, there is satellite TV. WiFi is of course included.
We have been renting out the apartments for over ten years. At FeWo-direkt we are new and very much looking forward to our first tenants!
The floor area of our top floor apartment is as large as the apartment on the 1st OG, but has partly sloping walls. This makes it look more cozy. Instead of a balcony, you will find a spacious covered and sheltered patio on the ground floor.
The cloakroom with spacious fitted wardrobes is right at the entrance. Behind it starts the fitted kitchen with stove with oven and ceramic hob, large fridge, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and toaster.
In the middle of the apartment is the round dining table with four leather-covered bentwood chairs. This is followed by the sitting area with a large couch and two armchairs. Opposite and separated by a sliding curtain is the sleeping alcove with a 180 cm wide double bed.
This apartment is also equipped with high quality parquet.
