Positive: The location is good, close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Negative: There is a very big construction site directly next to the apartment and work is taking place from early in the morning throughout the day. There was no mention or heads-up about the construction site anywhere. When notifying the owner, the response was slow, in french only and I was told to contact the police if the construction noise is bothering me. No sorry, empathy or anything of the sort. The construction was supposed to be finished in June 2024, but does not look anywhere close to being finished. The overall communication with the owner was poor, responses in french only and not very helpful. The TV is very small and so is the bed: 140cm. Upon checkout, we had to clean all dishes and even remove the sheets from the bed, under the threat of paying 30 euros if we didn't. For an accommodation that costs almost 100 Euro per night, I expect that this service is provided.
Summary: Nice apartment but loud construction noise, small tv and bed, slow not very friendly communication
