Summary:
Our townhouse is located in the beautiful community of La Giralda 2 in Denia, ideal for a peaceful family vacation near the beach. Spread over two floors, the ground floor features a bright dining-living room with air conditioning and access to the covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with access to the solarium, and a renovated shower room. A communal pool and parking are also available.
The Space:
Shutters, 3 air conditioners hot/cold, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen fully equipped with toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, washing machine, Krups Expreso coffee machine, TV in the living room, Wifi is available for free, communal pool and nice terrace. Parking space for one car.
Bed size: 1.50m x 1.90m y 1 double bed with 2 mattress 0.80m x 1.90m
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice quiet location in Denia, only 900 m from the sandy beach and about 2 km to the centre of the town. Also our small village Els Poblets is only 10 km away and there you will find the stone beach, German supermarkets, German bakers and German kiosk. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily accessible by motorway in one hour.
Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge.

- 50 €/dog per stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Initially you can expect communication to be via E-Mail and later, closer to the arrival date, we will move the communication to Whatsapp for convenience. In case you do not have Whatsapp, we will keep in touch by E-Mail.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
