Positive: Nice large house suitable for multiple people. Lovely kitchen and pool area. Very clean and well kept. Amazing free facilities at clubhouse (gym, pool, lazy river, kids club) beds are very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Secure gated community. Close to major theme parks. AC works very well.
Negative: Would be nice to have a curtain / blinds on the patio/ pool doors. Not sure if one was there previously and was being repaired. Not a big issue though.
