You are only five minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and just a few steps from the beach. Come and enjoy your time on the Island, the ocean breezes and a sunrise like no other. Many activities, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing adventures are nearby.

Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!
Guests will have access to the north side of the downstairs of the home. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.
The parking area is shared by all units. Unit A is allowed two vehicles max.
Please note: The home is split into three separate units.

Unit B is located downstairs on the south side, unit C is the entire upstairs.
Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150.
Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.
